About

Connection because we evolve together.

Camino because transformation is a journey.

Rooted in authenticity, balance, and interconnection.

Mission

To guide individuals and teams through a regenerative approach to leadership, reconnecting them with themselves and each other to build caring, sustainable cultures in business. We challenge the broken systems that deplete us and empower organisations to foster environments where people and business can flourish together.

Vision

To redefine business as a space for people to thrive—where well-being, personal growth, and prosperity go hand in hand. Supporting the advancement of a regenerative paradigm shift, aiming to transform the systems that govern our workplaces, regenerating both individuals and organisations for lasting positive impact.

Values

Courage - The bravery to challenge the status quo, embracing vulnerability, expanding our comfort zones, and leading with authenticity.

Resilience - The capacity to transform adversity into growth. To adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of adversity, staying grounded and focused.

Unity - The strength found in authentic connection, rooted in a shared purpose and a nurturing environment of trust, care, and belonging, where each individual feels part of the whole.

Hola! I’m Judit, the founder of Connection Camino.

Change Nurturer and Mentor with 15+ years of experience leading teams in marketing and advertising, nurturing communities, shaping organisational culture, and developing businesses. I’m a fusion-driven professional, weaving together the diverse perspectives, insights, and practices I’ve encountered to create the transformative energy that fuels my work.

I lean into complexity blending active listening and reflective thinking. Fluent in remote and hybrid environments, I lead with inspiration and compassion, empowering others to challenge the status quo while prioritising self-care and collective well-being. I embody change and experimentation, putting innovation, collective evolution, and mindset shift at the core of my work.

As a burnout survivor, I understand what disconnection means professionally and personally. Connection Camino results from my years of awe at what we achieve when we align with ourselves and each other. Besides my work with Connection Camino, I contribute to the regenerative paradigm shift as part of the team Regenerators.
