True transformation in organisational culture requires long-term commitment, typically spanning 1 to 3 years, depending on the organisation. This programme has a minimum duration of 6 months, laying the essential foundations for meaningful change. Beyond that, the next phase will be co-designed based on the organisation’s needs and progress. During the initial 6-month phase, participants can expect a time commitment of approximately 2 to 3 days per month. As this is a bespoke programme, all these aspects remain flexible and will be adapted to each case.

Connection Camino uses tested conventional and unconventional tools. For example, leaning on 15+ years of experience in the corporate, start-up, and marketing world to share personal experiences and advise in similar environments. This is combined with mindfulness and self-awareness practices, along with the stories and inspirational pills from personal journeys into consciousness and regeneration. Depending on the location and nature (remote, hybrid, onsite) of the organisation, we will agree on physical or online sessions, as well as necessary travel expenses.

Yes, the digital sessions are recorded, unless it’s a session where privacy and confidentiality have been agreed on before. You will have access to the recordings of all the sessions through a folder accessible to anyone relevant in the organisation. The recordings will be available until 6 months after the collaboration finishes.

The 6-month initial commitment will stay in place regardless of business priorities changes, given that this is a minimum time commitment to do transformational work. In case of major disruptions that don’t make it possible for the organisation to continue, we can evaluate emergency measures. In any case, no previous payments will be returned.

This is a bespoke service that will be adapted to your organisation's needs, structure, and number of people involved. A diagnosis phase is the first step to working together, and it will inform the strategy and required investment for the next stages.
