Dimensions of Development

Connection Camino understands there are two dimensions to consider when we look at the individual in relationship with the organisation.

  • The inner, rooted in self-awareness of the individual.

  • The outer, the expression of the inner in the collective.

Areas of Development

6 areas of development are interconnected through the two dimensions, where the inner is the source of the outer.

These 6 areas don’t operate separately either, as they can affect each other, given they are all part of the same human being.

  • The inner beliefs we use to process reality and the fears that can block us, expressed as the way we make decisions in the workplace and how we navigate change.

  • The sense of self-value and vision of our potential, which correlates to our approach to the business goals and vision, and the approach to achieve them.

  • How we speak to ourselves especially in adversity, and how that translates in providing feedback and conflict resolution.

  • The feeling of being held, safe, and part of something bigger, expressed as the level of engagement and belonging with the organisation.

  • The way we perceive our skills and limitations, and what we do to overcome them in the workplace.

  • The connection to our intuition and values alignment, which is linked to the perception of the organisational culture, motivation, and leadership.

Change nurturer, conscious leadership mentor, and regenerative strategist with more than 15 years of experience leading teams, nurturing communities, shaping organisational culture, and developing businesses across Europe.

I lean into complexity blending active listening and reflective thinking. Fluent in remote and hybrid environments, I lead with inspiration and compassion, empowering others to challenge the status quo while prioritising self-care and collective well-being. I embody change and experimentation, putting innovation, collective evolution, and mindset shift at the core of my work.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Leaders are not just the ones managing teams, but those that influence and guide others in any environment, regardless of being in a traditional leadership position/role. The work we’ll do together will prepare you to manage teams in the future, if that’s what your purpose calls you to do.

  • Connection Camino’s methodology is based on our relationship with the organisation/team and how we’re wired to thrive together. If you’re working solo at the moment and feel the call to be in the Circle, we can use past experiences when you were working within a team. Either way, we’ll design your self-development plan and provide tools so you can work on it right away and be ready to integrate it into a team/organisation whenever you work on a project with others.

  • Circle Connection Camino BETA is a 6-week program with a total of 5 live calls (90 minutes each) and exercises and practices between calls. Think of an average of 2,5 hours a week as your time commitment to keep the rhythm of the program.

  • Connection Camino uses conventional and unconventional tools that we’ve tested ourselves. For example, leaning on 15+ years of experience in the corporate, start-up, and marketing world to share personal experiences and advise in similar environments. We combine this with mindfulness and self-awareness practices, along with the stories and inspirational pills from our own journeys into consciousness and regeneration.   • The maximum number of people in one Circle is 15. This is a number that allows the host to efficiently hold space for everybody’s unfolding and experience. As a participant, you will get attention, support, and space in an intimate and safe group.

  • We will set regular agreed times to meet at the beginning of the Circle, adapted to the participants preferences and time zones. Check the detailed schedule of dates in the information about the program.

  • We will have our online sessions on Zoom.

  • Yes, they are recorded. You will have access to the recordings of the sessions through a Circle folder. The recordings will be available until 3 months after the Circle has finished.

  • Sure, we can organise 1:1 sessions if some of the Circle members feel the need to dive deeper and privately into some topic. Reach out and we can discuss the aligned investment.

  • Connection Camino believes that everybody should have access to self-development journeys regardless of their current financial situation. This is why for each Circle there are different forms of financial support:
    - 3 donation-based spots: inviting the individual to make an investment aligned with their current financial resources, in case the general price is beyond that.
    - 2 fellowship spots: covering the total investment of the Circle, aimed at those who can’t afford any financial investment and are committed to their self-development journey.
