The Process

The journey of transformation with an iterative and input-driven approach.

  • Following the Connection Camino diagnosis wheel, we assess the current estate of the organisation in terms of collective development. The tool works at the individual level in relationship with the collective, and can be used in 1:1 sessions, team workshops, or for the whole organisation.

  • Based on the diagnosis, we work together to identify possibilities for change, formulate a strategy, and develop an action + implementation plan aligned with the business and individual goals. As well as available resources and feedback mechanisms. Depending on the nature of the work, this is co-created with the HR/People/Culture team, team lead(s), founder(s), or individually.

  • The organisation/team/individual(s) proceed to activate and execute the planned interventions with the agreed support of Connection Camino. This involves implementing changes in daily practices, communication channels, workflows, leadership tools, and other relevant areas identified during the diagnosis phase.

  • After the implementation phase has produced enough inputs, the feedback mechanisms evaluate progress and identify challenges. This can come from performance metrics, quantitative surveys, focus groups, interviews, and comparison of diagnosis wheels. The data and inputs collected are analysed by Connection Camino.

  • The feedback conclusions are presented so we can reflect together. This is a phase of no action, but integrating on the strengths and weaknesses that have arisen, sitting with the lessons learned, and preparing for future iterations. This stage acts as pause and re-charge before engaging in a new loop to keep on evolving toward a culture of collective development.

  • True transformational programs in organisational culture are long-term projects, which depending on the organisation can span from 1 to 3 years. The minimum required for Culture Connection Camino is 6 months, which covers the foundations of transformational work. How we could continue the work after that will be designed and agreed on after the foundations have been set.
    The time commitment during the initial 6-month foundational work is approximately between 2 and 3 days a month per person (for the leaders and employees involved).

  • Connection Camino uses conventional and unconventional tools that we’ve tested ourselves. For example, leaning on 15+ years of experience in the corporate, start-up, and marketing world to share personal experiences and advise in similar environments. We combine this with mindfulness and self-awareness practices, along with the stories and inspirational pills from our own journeys into consciousness and regeneration.   • Depending on the location and nature (remote, hybrid, onsite) of the organisation, we will agree on physical or online sessions, as well as necessary travel expenses.

  • Yes, the digital sessions are recorded, unless it’s a session where privacy and confidentiality have been agreed on before. You will have access to the recordings of all the sessions through a folder accessible to anyone relevant in the organisation. The recordings will be available until 6 months after the collaboration finishes.

  • The 6-month initial commitment will stay in place regardless of business priorities changes, given that this is a minimum time commitment to do transformational work. In case of major disruptions that don’t make it possible for the organisation to continue, we can evaluate emergency measures. In any case, no previous payments will be returned.

  • Connection Camino is a bespoke program that will be adapted to your organisation needs, structure, and number of employees. The diagnosis phase is the first step to working together, and it will inform the strategy and required investment for the next stages.
